Java/flash player

So I know this has been asked before because I searched and read all posts but there wasn't a definitive answer. I'd love to get on youtube.com through my phone to show people movies and what not but it says, "you either have Javascript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player." I've looked all over the place for a mobile version of a flash player or java with no luck. I actually found a flash player and installed it, it did absolutely nothing!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

did it work, i already downloaded the latest macromedia player as well? did you find a solution?

I've tried that already and I can't get it to work, the program installs and everything but nothing happens when on the net through the phone.

you cannot at this time view youtube on wm5 as far as I know.

The flashlite program is too old, and youtube used flash 8 and wm5 only goes to flash 7. I read in a Microsoft blog that there is no fix for this planned.

that's not true I can view you tube on my phone . my wife had the phone before me and now she has a flip sprint phone . So I took this one from her and I can view alot of website that many other phone can't

let me rephrase, you cannot according to Microsoft view youtube with WM5 and they dont plan to fix it

what flash player are you using, by youtubes own admittance they use 8 nothing older
