Cox support tells me that I need to have Java Virtual Machine on my smartphone to access my account. How can I found out if I have Java Virtual Machine on my Treo 700wx? If I don't have Java Virtual Machine on my Treo, where can I get it? I did some research on the Palm website and the only JVM is for the OS operating system. Thanks, Amy
