Has anyone heard of any known issue with keys that just stop working??
I cant use the phone button, keys on the left side, keys on the right side and the up button or left and right. I also cant use the keypad numbers 7,4,3!! Making the phone virtually unusable.
The only thing I did was I purchased a case with a magnet for closing the case it self. Could a magnet really mess this phone up that bad?
I haven't had that happened -- have you tried a soft reset?

I am having the same problem. My phone dropped and now the only buttons that work are the middle TYU, GHI, VBN. the ok and phone end button work but nothing else. Did your phone drop. My holder has a snap on the back.
I have only 1 button that stops working. It will work immediately after a soft-reset but then stops working after a period of time. The button is the Left action button, just to the left of the D-pad. This isn't huge because I can use my finger to hit the button on-screen just above the left-action button. I use the magnetic belt-clip case from Sedio..any ideas? I didn't get a virus did I?
