I don't understand why I get that error msg of critically low space and what I was trying to do was activate my On Demand through Sprint and I tried saving to the device and it told me it was low and then I tried to save to the card and wasn't able to. Please tell me what I can do to solve this problem. Are there preinstalled programs on the device that I can maybe delete without harm to the phone? I really don't use Word/Excel but I may in the future and I can't think of anything else that can possibly free up some space on the device. I need HELP! Any other suggestions? |
If you only have 24.07 mb of free space on your phone, it will give you a critical memory low message when you try to launch ON Demand with Sprint. Here is why...
When you launch On Demand, it needs and will automatically download Net. 2.0 before starting. It needs this software to run On Demand. I think this software uses about 10 or more mb of memory. So you will use up most of your memory as it downloads your Cab file for On Demand. It will giive you the critical message because On Demand automatically downloads news updates amongst many other things while its running. So in short you need to free up some of your internal memory to use On Demand.
One thought is try moving your MP3 songs to your card. An average MP3 song is 3-5 mb so you can imagine what 4 or 5 will do.
Good Luck
