Memory card questions

To my understanding a treo 700wx isn't compatable with "High capacity" SD cards. I can't seem to find a 4BG card that isn't "High capacity". So my questions are as follows
I know it depends on how much I save on my device personally, but does the average person need a 4GB card
And if so, does anyone know a good 4GB card that isn't "High capacity"?

I decided not to go with a 4gb card but instead use a 2gb. There are a few 4gb card available (Transcend 4GB Secure Digital Card, The Patriot Extreme Performance EP Plus Secure Digital and new card just out from Palm 4GB Secure Digital (SD) Card) that is not SDHC. You can find it on the web.

I was told that the 4gb cards don't fit. I bought 2gb cards but the drawback is that I would have to change them if I wanted to use them both. From my understanding, the blackberry, the competition to the device I am trying holds 4gb if you really need it.
Although, from my experience, I already have a lot of crap on there and I just put my storage card worth 2gb in today and haven't had any memory troubles..

i have been using the transcend 150x sd 4GB for several months on my treo 700wx verizon...works great!
