my 700xw need help stuck in treo logo, I update my phone from 1.22 to 1.24 when the update is in process suddenly lost connection to the phone. And the instruction in the computer said disconnect and reconnect it again but then i try to reconnect and update it again said the Connection to the phone failed? Now it stuck i cannot hard reser or soft reset even in try to load the rom via SD card not responding. hope you can help me.

The exact same thing happened to me 3 weeks ago. I went back to Verizon and insisted they do something since the Treo was now trashed. The technician even commented that the 3.01 that appeared on the screen (along w/Treo logo) was due to a transfer error. I ended up getting a replacement Treo for no cost. They tried to charge me $50, but since I went thru so much grief over the dang thing they just gave it to me to send me on my way. Make sure your new phone has the 1.24 Windows Installer once they give you a new (actually it will be refurbished) one. Good luck.
