I don't know exactly what happened... Perfect service for so long, with Exchange ActiveSync and everything.

Then, today, I couldn't hear people (I think the speaker was failing)...

Then, the unit would "lock up", and the screen would get dark (no backlight), and I couldn't do anything.

Soft reset -> OK for a while! Then, locking up again.

So, since it's easy to customize with my Exchange Server, I just did a hard reset...

SAME thing.

So, Verizon is shipping me a replacement... Oh well.
