1) I have tried the troubleshooter w/in AS. It says it can't establish a connection between the pc and device (duh).
2) I have tried restarting my computer and a soft reset of my device.
3) This just started occurring today. I haven't installed any new software or updates.

Nevermind, just decided to hard reset after talking to the "no help desk" at Sprint.
