New 700wx Alltel Users Problems

Hello I have been using this 700wx for about 5 days on the Alltel network in rural SC. I am an experienced WM5 user but new to pda phones. I had an old Moto flip phone prior to this adventure.

Everyday since I have owned this phone I have had connection issues. Missed calls and unable to connect to the phone or dial up (1x). I do not realize I have this problem until I try and dial a number. When I dial, the phone immediately hangs up and I get the bubble message from the signal icon "unable to connect ..." So being the "experienced" WM5 user I do the obvious .. soft reset! This works like a champ and the phone ind internet start working again until it decides to lock up again .. usually 2-3 times a day.

So my question .. is there a fix for this problem? Or any comments or suggestions?!

have you made any changes to your phone? sounds like you may have installed something that is causing your Treo to lock up. May I suggest doing a hard rest, keep in mind this will rest your Treo to it's original state.
