Love the phone. Just got rid of my sidekick II which is nothing compared to this phone obviously. Just had a few quick questions.

1. Whenever i set an appointment it almost always changes the time... Lets say I have a meeting 10-12 it'l always go up an hour to 11-1 can someone help me out this has been confusing me alot.

2. Whenever I try to conect wit activesync on my pc it wont let me it says i need office outlook... I thought outlook express would work fine... or was I wrong?

3. What are some software essentials? I definately need an aim client... aside that what other software wil enhance my treo for its best?

This is Kevin from Palm Inc. Congratulations on your new Treo. I don't have a Treo 700wx, myself, but there are a number of factors to consider regarding time/appointments. There is a Palm Knowledge Library article that may be of help:
"How to manage the time setting on your Treo 700w".

Regarding Outlook Express, it does not synchronize with the Treo 700w/wx using the out-of-box software. It's recommended that you upgrade to Outlook 2002 supplied on the CD. If you're committed to using Outlook Express, the third-party application SyncExpress may be of interest to you. There's more detailed info on this in the article "Installing and configuring Outlook 2002 from the Treo 700w/wx CD".

I use Verichat and I like it better. I've also used agilemessenger and and app called IM.
