New Update - (GAL) Global Address List -- How? Where?

Ok... So I just updated my Treo700w to the new software

The push e-mail seems to be working great. I get my mail within seconds.

However I can't for the life of me figure out how to browse my public contacts folder. I thought I would be able to do that now...

Does anyone know how or where to go about doing this?

I see under contacts>menu> there is the option “Find Online”. I don't remember if this was there before, but it seems to go online when I type something in that box. However it does not find any contact that I have stored in my public folder list.

Is there something else I need to get on my Treo?
Is there something I need to set somewhere?
Is there something on the server I need to check or set?

Any help would be appreciated on this matter... has anyone else been successful with the nee GAL lookup feature?

On the same page you downloaded the update, there's a link to download the updated PDF manual that has all the instructions related to the MSFP, including this.

ahh thanks. I thought I read that already, but your right the answer was there.

Is there a way I can easly merge my public contacts list with my global address listings.

The folder I really want to be able to browse is my public contacts....

Anybody know how to do that?

What do you mean by "Public Contact"? Did you make a Public Folder for Contacts or something?

That's something that's controlled by the Client (meaning Outlook), and Outlook Mobile doesn't have that capability that I'm aware of.
