Outlook Calendar in TREO and PC

I have some staff that is reporting an interesting problem on their TREO. When using the Outlook calendar and selecting the "all day event" banner, on their PC it shows the event on the previous day and on the TREO it shows the event for the current day selected. Seems like a time and date stamp problem between Outlook and WindowsMobile calendar. Anyone experiencing this problem and have they found a solution or work around. The use of the all day banner is useful for them given their scheduling so I hate to abandon that and simply try to shift the time by say 1/2 hour or so. Larry J

I've had issues with the Treo changing Timezone "automatically". There's a check box for it somewhere. I know that if the timezone or daylight savings activation are different, one or the other will show all day events as (for example) 11pm to 11 pm.
