Question Outlook E-mail help

Because my company still uses exchange 2002, I am using verizon's wireless sync software to push all my e-mails to my phone. However, none of my replys are going through. I am unable to send mail from my phone through my exchange account. Can do it through hotmail just fine, but not exchange. I've tried the send/receive button, but still no luck. Sent e-mails will stay in the outbox for a split second, then dissapear, but never appear in the sent items box. Any thoughts?

Have you talked with Verizon support about Wireless Sync? They support that program...

Default I had the same problem

I had the same problem and thats because most ISP's do not allow relaying through their systems. You need to reconfigure your outgoing mail server to smtp.vzwmail.net you'll probably have to set up an account first on the vzwmail website first. Then you must put in your user name which is your mobile number like this 2015551212@vzwmail.net and the password and whether or not you want to save it.

Hope that helps...if not, you can always call Verizon, they were very helpful, but for the price we are paying for their service....they should be!
