I have had my Treo for a couple of weeks now and today a REALLY bad issue reared it's ugly head. I logged into my Outlook/Exchange account on the PC at around noon today and my INBOX was in my DELETED ITEMS folder (FYI: My INBOX also holds all of my folders containing emails Id like saved). When I tried to move the folder back out, I got a popup error saying that you cannot move special folders such as INBOX, DELETED ITEMS, etc. So I closed Outlook and reopened. This time, both the INBOX and the DELETED ITEMS folders were gone. After closing and reopening again, there is an INBOX (that contains none of my folders) and my DELETED ITEMS folder is there with about 20 various old emails inside. So, my original INBOX containing many saved emails is GONE.
We use an outsourced Exchange server and they cannot find an issue (although that isnt that big of a surprise). Has anyone seen this kind of issue or have any ammo that I could hit the Exchange server host with? The Exchange account has been great for months......the only new addition to the situation is the Treo. Additional info: the only folder on my email accout that is set to Sync is the INBOX.
Thanks to anyone that can help!

Outlook 2003 to hit Exchange Server
Definitely sounds like an Exchange issue to me. I don't see how the Treo/ActiveSync could be causing this. I know this isn't ammo, but just thought I'd provide my opinion.
Yeah....that's exactly my thoughts as well. At best, Treo might be 'adding' an Inbox back in when the Exchange issue is deleting it.....but the issue is the Exchange server gutting our inboxes.
Thanks so far.....any other gurus care to chime in?
