Outlook pocket contacts vs Goodlink contacts

Hi. New user. New to the forum. 1 question.

I've searched and couldn't find exactly what I am looking for so I apologize in advance if this topic has already been beat to death.

My company uses goodlink. On my 650, the phone app was tied to goodlink (contacts etc)

On my new 700w the phone app doesn't recognize goodlink contacts.
Example: I receive a call from someone saved in my goodlink contacts. Phones says "unknown caller" because the number is not in my pocket outlook contacts.

How can I make the phone app reference goodlink contacts instead of pocket outlook contacts?

There is not a way that I have found. Is your GoodContacts syncing with your Outlook, if so, do the people in your GoodContacts have phone numbers associated with them? I think I'm going to look for a resolve for this issue... he he

Yes, I am syncing with outlook and I suppose the best resolution is one you posted elsewhere if I am not mistaken, which ultimately means storing the contacts in both locations.... kind of inconvenient but I can live with it if I have to....

ANother question... the contacts quick find from the today screen doesn;t recognize any contact at all now since I installed goodlink.... what's up with that? It says simply "no matches found".

I use HideLogo so I do not know the answer for you on that, I do not like anything on my Today screen.
