I am a Verizon customer thinking about getting a Treo. I currently have a Palm Lifedrive plus a cellphone, and want to have just one device. What application could I use to "convert" my Palm data to a windows mobile OS phone? Or is the Palm OS on Treo more stable? Any advice would be appreciated.
You can use PocketMirror by Chapura to convert your OS to windows. I did the same thing when I converted from OS to Windows. It's very easy to convert.
In the user guide which you can view on lineif you have acrobat reader (yiou can download it for free if you dont have it) you can look at the sect about upgrading (some would debate the use of that word) from a palm device to A windows mobile device or go to palm.com and check it out on their site. Go to support on choose your device at treo and then look for a hyperlink to upgrade or move data from a palm device. Are you currently with your life drive using palm desktop or synching to oyutlook? if the latter when you get the treo set up it will take care a data migration.
