I have a treo 700 wx and my husband has the 700w. My husband is able to sync his phone on the laptop using the same cord that is supposed to be compatible with the 700 wx. Mine however will not show connected even to the same connection. (we take his off and put mine after turning it off). So i know the chord works. We synced it one time a while ago and figured out system mechanic is not compatible so we don't use that anymore. I tried different usb ports. nothign works. so frustrated. oh the treo os is windows and its verizon. Both computers we have tried are xp. appreciate any help thanks
