| Phone answers itself when in case!! Hello and help! My TREO 700 wx is exactly the tool I need. It's just a few weeks old but I have a huge problem. When the phone is in it's case and a call comes in, it answers leaving the caller with no place to go and they hang up. This has now happened so often that I can't leave the phone in it's case at all. I have a few angry customers because of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| This happens a lot depending on case design. Do you have key guard active? That prevents this from happening also a different design case may help. Ben

| Benjie, Honolulu? My Dad lives on Maui, visit every year for a few weeks or so. All of Hawwaii is unbelievable and every person should experience it after Canada. Cases is the suggestions made but I am having a hard time that this tool would be sold with a such a significant shortfall. I am actually to the point of returning it and reactivating my cheap cell-phone and carry my palm again. |

| It really is a case issue. The first case I used had that problem bunches of years ago. I am now using a Palm branded thick leather case with a skin over the Treo. It really is not a fault of the Treo though, the case is more the trouble.

| What kind of case do you use? Does it have slots for extra memory cards sometimes the placement of extra memory cards can put the card in a position that the buttons keys may be inavertently pressed and turn the phone or of if the red call end button gets pressed it might cut off the call.My Krusell case with an extra sd card sometimes turns my phone back on when I am trying to snapo the case closed Fortunately it gives me a beep to know that its done that. Id rather carry one device than two, don't think I could go back to that. |

| I have used bunches of cases over the past 5 years. Bunches. The one I am currently using is at http://www.palm.com/us/products/acce...asesandcovers/ - the side case. I have used totally enclosed, partly opened, et cetera and this is the one I am happiest with. The leather is strong enough to protect the device, the clasp is magnetic and it stays securely on the belt. I liked the Rhino I had but to charge it I had to take it out of the case and that took too many steps; the one I use now requires it to be out of the case, but open the flap and out it comes. The one with the snaps at the top and the bottom looked good, but the flap came undone too many times in one day.

| No my case is Krusell case for any phone with a flip top. I have have tried several other cases the side case which I still ahve but don't use because I just cant get to using it and the clip isn't adjustable, a book style case that I thought I would like but the thing is hard to hold onto and talk while its in the case and the pouch thing that came with my treo 600. I just like the flip cover because its easy to talk on while in the case and easy to get off the belt. Just personal preference. I probaly will put the extra SD card back in the plastic case it came in its a 256mg and I have a 1G in the treo now. |

| Isn't it odd that this tool would have such an obvious flaw? Why isn't there a firmware update to lock the keys? My TREO is just a tool, like a wrench. If I had to buy an add-on for every tool I owned, I would need another set of tool boxes to keep them in. |

| Take a look at Butler - it has a key lock function that works well - http://www.hobbyistsoftware.com/Butler-more.php
