Is your photos that show up when someone calls or when you have them placed as Photo Speed Dials look like ass?

If you have a photo attached to a contact, when they call the photo comes up.

I didnt ask how/what it does..i asked about the picture quality, because i uploaded pictured to my phone from my razr and the quality bites and the size is rather small...is that the normal way it looks?
