PICTURES & E MAIL FOR TREO 700wx - Treo Forums

Good morning all my treo owners hope every one is doing good? I'm anew member with two Questions. 1st is how do retrieve my pictures from the sprint web site? 2nd Question is I've been told that the only way to send pictures and video mail is by e mail? I hope somebody can help me out.

I dont beleive the picture mail option is available on the TREO 700wx. Email attatchments would be the only option.... Someone correct me if I'm wrong... I have'ne been able to locate the feature nor is it refferenced in the user guide or CD.

check out this link from the Palm websie on FAQ's for the 700wx. it explains how to send them via email but it does not reference picture mail at all.

Thanks for the quick replies. To be truthful I thought they where stupid questions. The 650 & 700p made it sample to access but now I know that they run on to different systems.

I've come to find that no question is stupid when it comes to the 700wx.. theres a lot to learn about the phone.. And this is the place to get some help...

You can send picture mail via text messaging with a simple to install software hack. Search this forum and you will find the link to it. I have been using it for 2 months and it works perfecly. It will not work for video though.

i have the problem of i can send pictures via email to sprint, nextel and t mobile but when sent to verizon or cingular these 2 carriers only get the text and no pic....sent an hour on tech support with sprint and they have no idea and putme through palm support which said if sprint enables mms it would work but currentlt verizona nd cingluar dont allow there customers to have attachments sent to their phones....
any1 else having this problem?

if i do this hack i have the 15.00 web plan do i get charged extra for sending mms or do i have to update my plan?
