I'm having a little trouble playing back videos I take on my 700w on my desktop computer. It tries to open up QuickTime 7 when I go to open one of the files but then just hangs. I've tried using Windows Media Player. It says it doesn't support the file format but bravely tries anyway. Though it opens it the sound doesn't play and the video quickly goes into some strange black and white, negative look. Has anyone else had success opening these video files in XP. I couldn't find alternative settings on the phone to save the files in different formats.
i have windows xp, which came with realplayer aswell. once i transfered the file over it worked fine with that program. Try real player, just dont make it the default player, doing so will make everything open up in real player.
