Playing movie on treo woes

UPDATE: After working for days now for solution, convinced there is none. So, that said, I wouldn't recommend using Walmart's new download service for your portable treo. Going to look for another site for movies. If anyone has actually done a download and got it to play on their treo via card, let me know the source, please. Thanks!

I downloaded a movie from Walmart's new video dowload service(in portable format) on computer then synced to SD card per instructions. When trying to play on Treo, first message is: "To play this protected file, you must download license from the internet, etc." After hitting yes, screen shows attemp to capture, but IE error message comes up saying can't be downloaded because connection is lost. I've checked with techs at Walmart(swear they sent drm rights to play), san disk(says it's not there problem). Any help out there?
