problem sending pictures to others

ok i know u have to send pics to other people via email not mms. i can email pics to tmobile, nextel, and sprint carriers with no problems but when i send it to veizon or cingular they get the ext of the email and name of file but no picture.......any1 else having this problem

called sprint they had no idea n they put me through palm support who stated sprint disabled the mms function so u use email and verizon and cingular might not allow there users to view attachments on there phones...
