problem with email/text messaging

Ok i have a big problem this is my 3rd treo all of them with verizon and pretty much the last 2 treos i had the same problem, i sign on the msn messenger quite often and check my hotmail via mobile.msn.com the problem is that the phone itself sends my emails to people i text, i already removed my account from the msn messenger from my phone and from mobile.msn.com but still it sent another email from my hotmail account to one of the persons i text regularly, in my email i have very sensitive information that theres no way it can be disclose to other people. i hope you guys can tell me how to solve this problem, because i just shut down my treo and im using motoral Q.
