Prior to installing the Palm Treo 1.10 updater for the Treo 700w I was able to record both sides of a phone call using PMRecorder, http://1800message.com/default.aspx, however I can no longer do so. I noticed a message on the web site posted above indicating that this has been disabled by the manufacturer

"If you are using a WM5 Pocket PC Phone Edition (Verizon or Sprint 6700, Palm 700w), you can install the PMRecorder app on your device and use your speakerphone to record calls. If you do not use the speakerphone, you will only record your side of the conversation and won't record the person on the other end of the call - this is hardware restricted by the mfr."

Does anyone know where to start looking to enable the phone to once again record both sides of the conversation?
