Creating a blank key here:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Shell\NeverDorkMemory

will help you reclaim some of the precious program memory. It appears this is some sort of real-time disk defrag-type program. Either way, I'm up about 2mb from where I was at before I entered this key. Hope it helps someone!
