Sena Cases seem nice but the company is run by idiots.

I want a nice case for my 700wx and I decided to follow the advice offered in the following thread.

I tried ordering the combo pouch:

However, when I order it says the shipping will be $5 (or maybe $6 I can't remember). So I go to check out and the options switch to international shipping (retarded since they and I are both in the US) and costs like $25. I am willing to pay $59 for a top notch case, but I'm not willing to eat $25 to ship an item when it should cost like $4.

So, I don't place the order and have tried calling their 800 number. All day yesterday it said that I was calling outside of normal business hours.

I call today and get transferred to customer service and immediately switched to voicemail.

It just shouldn't be this hard to order something over the net.

sometimes you can find what you want on ebay and a lot lower price. I like the krusell flip top cases and found an orbit with clip for 15.99 plus 5.99 shipping on the stores its 30 bucks or more plus shipping.

I checked on Ebay. I asked a seller if he also sold the pouch combo instead of just the leather case and I received the following reply:

sometimes you find what you want sometimes you dont keep looking there are other on line auctions you can go to as well. I have had good luck on ebay myself. I got my 750 brand new for 383.99 including shipping and got a 2gb san disk mini sd card for less than 25 including shipping.

Follow up: I finally got a person on the phone at Sena who was very nice and helpful. I bought the combo leatherskin for my 700Wx and altho it was expensive, it is a very nice case.

Great to hear they took care of you. If you'd like, I can reword the thread title. Something less offensive, yet keeps it on topic with your thoughts...it's your call. My suggestion, Sena cases seem nice, but I question their service.
