Sending Picture Mail

With my old Sprint phone (MM-8300, not a smartphone just a regular phone) I was able to send picture via Sprint's Vision PictureMail. Now with my 700wx I can only send the pictures via "Gmail" (bc I have a POP email acct setup) and "Outlook" (which I do not have setup). The "Text Message" is grayed out.

Is there anyway to send a pic to another phone using a 700wx but NOT using an "email" address as the destination?

Yes, MMS - that should be an option when you try to send a picture

I've been trying that to! No one can get pics from me unless they have a TREO whats with that?

A lot of times sending pictures to each other can only be done if you use the same network. For example, I am a Verizon customer and I can't send MMS to my friend on the CellularOne network but I can send pics to people on Alltel. I don't know if this issue has anything to do with the type of service the companies are using (ex. CDMA/TDMA, GSM). I believe Verizon and Alltel use the same type of network, I could be wrong though.

Go to www.sprintusers.com and under PDA's there is some1 that has a mms hack ready to install on the 700wx, thatz wut I use 2 send pix and I havent had any problems so try that and see if that helps u.
