Sent Items Won't Sync

I've been chasing my tail with this for a few days now: when I send an email from my 700w, it definitely shows up in the "sent items" folder on my PC's outlook.

However:
When I send an email from outlook, it occasionally syncs with the "sent items" folder on my 700w. I am completely confused and have tried everything I can conceivably think of.... any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. This is important because I MUST keep track of my conversations with business contacts.

I am experiencing the same issue(my SENT folder does not sync, although messages I send from my device do appear in my Outlook Sent Folder).

Any suggesstions would be appreciated.
