Some Calendar Appointments Show up 4 Hours Earlier on Treo 700wx

I am having a problem with some appointments showing up 4 hours earlier on my Treo 700wx. I am syncing my Outlook Calendar (not Exchange) with my Treo using a USB ActiveSync connection. When I sync, all the calendar entries come over fine. The problem is some of the calendar entries (not all) show up as 4 hours earlier.

Any calendar entries that I set up myself in Outlook show the correct time on the Treo. Most of the appointments that I have accepted in Outlook from others (i.e. appointments that I accepted an invitation) show up as 4 hours earlier. Example: I accept an appointment for 10am but it shows as 6am on my Treo (shows correctly as 10am in Outlook).

The weird thing is that some other appointments I accept from one other person shows up as the correct time on my Treo. So... certain appointments from some individuals show as 4 hours earlier & certain appointments from other individuals show up as the correct time.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Edit one of the appointments on your treo that is 4 hours off and verify that the Reminder section is not set to 4 hours. I think the default is normally 15 minutes.
