Sounds Screwed Up

Here's a strange one. All of a sudden the sounds on my 700w are screwed up. When you press the volume button on the side it no longer makes a beep to show what the volume is set at. However the volume button does change the volume for the ringer and alerts. Also certain actions that use to cause an alert, like deleting an item, no longer do.

Any thoughts

My 700wx did that on me about a week ago and even afta a few soft resets it still neva came back so I went on and did a hard reset and all of my different sounds came back.

I fixed the problem, or I should say that Verizon did. The problem was in the headset jack. All I had to do was to insert the jack and pull it out and the problem was fixed.

Interesting. I wish I would have knew/thought about that before I did a HARD reset...lol
