    Hey now I was able to get this phone today (Treo 700wx) for only $299.99! :tounge:

    Anyway though I know there is a situation with it about the text messaging. Has anyone developed a program or is there an upgrade or something where all the text messageing works just like the 650?

    This is what's called "threaded text messaging" which allows for a "chat-style" result in your SMS program. Unfortunately, this was not included in the 700wx. It is found in the 750v (which is also WM 5). I would hope Palm releases an update that would allow for Threaded Text Messaging. In the interim, there is a third party program (free) that allows for threaded text messaging. You can download SMS Threader from our new Free Software Downloads section.

    The 750 threader is available and it can be found here . Once installed it works flawlessly.

    The 750 threader is available and it can be found here . Once installed it works flawlessly.

    In the opening post you will find the cab, there are some reg edits that will need to be done. With total commander or Rosco explorer this easily done. There are complete instructions in the opening post of the provided thread. Enjoy

    sick!! installed and working perfectly!

    any idea how to change the left hotkey from the old message software to the new one? its still showing up to my email inbox. :gasp:
