Default Time for a new Phone, what should i get

    Hi all,
I have had my Moto Q for 2 years now, and it is dying a slow and painful death. So, i am going to take advantage of my New Every 2 from Verizon. I have some questions.

Which of these phones would you get:

    Treo 755p
    Treo 700wx
    Moto Q Black
    Moto Q Music 9m
    Blackberry 8830?

I have used Blackberry devices in the past and some of my co-workers use them now. We have BES and Exchange Active Sync here at work, so that will not be an issue. I am leaning towards the 700wx, but i wanted to get other's opinions.

    thanks

For me its between the 700wx and the blackberry 8830. I've never used a blackberry before and i'm still getting used to and playing with my 700wx...but my opinion is between the 700wx and the blackberry 8830

I can tell you to stay away from the Motorola Q9M. Does not sync docs from device to computer. Very poor design and Verizon fails to tell you that you MUST have the data package with the phone.

Look on this forum and find a good used Treo 650. Mine is solid!

I used the blackberry 8830 on a business trip recently and I have to say the phone sucks. The battery is awefull, lasting less than a day. I was in the Phillipines and the "world phone" did not messure up to claims. I had to buy a local simm card in order to use my phone.

I switched to the 700 wx and it has been the phone I should have had all along. Just being able to view and edit office documents on the phone has saved me so much time, I can't start to tell you.

Go with the 700wx. It is awesome.

I would not get the Moto Q 9m at all. It does not sync from device to computer. I have had 2 in less then a month and have had to send them both back. I am looking at the Treo 700wx also, my big concern is that it will not sync documents from the device to the computer.

    Default treo 700wx

I absolutely hate my treo 700wx, it seems to lock up frequently & I have to push the reset button to get it to work. the internet is slow & difficult to navigate & see. I have a terriable time downloading attachments because of limited space. it takes horrible pictures. the only good thing I can say about it is I can get my work email through a exchange server, but still can't open very many of my attachments. sprint charges way too much for all the functions I need. I would recommend the Iphone, the charges are much less & internet is much much better.

iPhone still not a business phone - be sure to check which functions you need and which phones offer those functions. Pictures on any phone right now are subpar. I never have to reset my phone - you may have a faulty one. Internet slow may be due to your service provider. And iPhone is only offer for AT&T (at this time at least). Sprint charges for internet is much cheaper than Verizon. too. Many factors involved.

I switched from a treo 700wx to a Samsung i760 and it does everything that the treo did but better. The treo is a great phone, but they have issues with bluetooth, and phone call connectivity and call quality. No voice dialing over BT. BT connection problems.
