I would have like to see a one-key access to the dial path or able to program the button on the setting screen.

i have a 700w thanks to work. i think it doesnt have enough memory and that is the biggest complaint i have with the phone. in some ways its cool but it crashes too much. having pocket explorer and an messenger like skype open is tough and causes problems. bad design.

Completely agree. I want to get a GPS system for the phone, but I'm afraid it will stall and crash even more with another program! Too bad. Real poor planning. I love the device, but the memory is causing more problems than it should.

While I'm not defending the amount of memory in the 700w, my experience has been that Skype is a pretty resource intensive application...at least the beta I was trying.
