Model: Treo 700w

Problem: Carrier verizon and the outlook seems to be setup to dialout to the verizon line. I purchased a wifi card from palm and i want to use outlook.

Question: How do i switch the " dial out" setting on my phone?

So i can get my email using outlook via wifi connection.
