Treo 700w - Unable to search a company directory

Hello,

I have a user who has a Treo 700w. He has reported that he is able to search his personal contacts that are stored on the phone but when he attempts to search the company directory he gets a error saying "unable to complete the search, Try again later."

His Treo is able to send and receive emails, make phone calls and complete all other tasks.

I have had him complete a hard reboot of the phone by removing the battery.

I had him turn off the phone and leave it off for over 8 hours.

Does anyone have any other ideas as to whats might do this.

Other people who have blackberries, ATT Tilts and Treo's are not having issues.
