    Default Treo 700WX

    Treo 700WX

    User is still getting emails but at least 6-7 emails show up with the following message.

    "Automatic synchronization to your device has been suspended. Please switch to your Wireless Sync client and select Sync. Synchronization will resume once you enter your username and password"

    Has anyone ever encountered this and/or found a fix.

    Default correcting this error

    Hello,

    Just an Update.

    This error is related to the the Active Directory Password and the password stored on the phone.

    for some reason when i forced a changed on the server and the phone prompted to update the password. those stored messages stopped appearing.
