Treo 700wx SOFTWARE Question

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know if it's possible to DOWNGRADE the software on the Treo 700wx (Sprint)? I currently have the v1.15 installed and would like to switch back to an earlier version.

I know that I share the same frustrations of others on here and in other forums...reference the functionality that the v1.15 update disabled.

I just wasn't sure IF there was a way to change the software and IF there WAS a way, the STEPS to take to complete it.

Can I ASSume that maybe a HARD reset would bring it back to whatever the software version was installed at the factory?

I have had my Treo 700wx for a little under a year now. Not sure what software version came with it.

Any and all help is appreciated.

I think this is a firmware issue. If so, you can not go backward unless someone has the previous firmware version so that you can load over the upgraded version.

Does anyone out there know where I can get an earlier firmware version than 1.15?
