Eventually all of them had something seriously wrong with them, ranging from unable to connect to internet, Microphone/speakerphone did not work, one bricked on me (went completly dead) for no reason, not to mention the battery life is pretty horrible. At one point I brought in a defective unit to Verizon, they gave me a brand new unit out of the box and I wasnt even out of the store yet when I had to head right back to tech support bc that device was also defective. Its a pretty device with a lot of potential. But comming from a Dell Axim x51v I am super happy to be back in the pocket PC OS. Personally I really like the treo even though its much thicker then the Q, but attribute that to a better battery and more functionality. I am also waiting for the Samsung i760 to drop for Verizon on July 4th, that looks like a very nice device. Something to consider if you can wait 10 days |
My 3rd Q (2 Black, 1 Silver) went completely dead today and they gave me a 700WX, so far so good. The battery life is 100% better, it has real MS Office Apps and the keyboard has a better feel. I spent more time with tech support with Q in first week than in 3 years with my Blackberry.
