I've done software updates (OS 5.1.195 - Build 14932.2.2.2).
I've done soft and hard resets.
I've even purchashed a new Bluetooth headset.
Recurring problem with old and new headset.
<Added:> Treo 700w in use 24 mo w-no prob -- new problem ~ 2 weeks old
I can establish pairing - works fine.
I leave it alone (connected) for < 1 hr and I find that Treo "Turn Bluetooth On" and "Make this device discoverable..." are now unchecked ... and will not stay checked.
After pairing, I also can turn off the headset and then back on ... Treo has lost itself again. Will not connect (check boxes go unchecked and will not stay checked).
Only recourse is to reset (soft works for this) and re-pair ... which is not an acceptable 'repair'
Any other experience or suggestions.
(Jabra BT250 and Jabra 2020 are the headsets being used).
Thanks in advance

Reason: Add Treo Detail
I have the the same problem, a friend of mine who's got the HTC Mogul has the same problem where Bluetooth connection is lost.
My guess is when we put the screen to "sleep" using the endcall button it turns off the bluetooth connection, as well as when the screen times out.
Anywho I feel that it has nothing to do with what kind of bluetooth device is used or what software version the device is on. I guess its just one of the setbacks the of the treo =/
