Default Treo/bluetooth headset troubles. No one else will help.

hello everyone. i am new to this forum. i have been on pdahomephone's forums but the people are not very helpful. i need some help with my treo 700w. i just upgraded from the Samsung i730. i love both phones but the treo is a better "phone". anyways i am having problems with bluetooth headsets and just standard headsets. Ok well i had a Motorola HS850 which worked amazing with my i730. i thought it would be the same with my treo. very mistaken! At first the sound was just going crazy. its like the other person was constantly yelling into the mic. it was all distorted. obviously i tried lowering the volume and what not but that didnt work. It seems like someone turned up the base on the earpiece. and on top of that they could not hear me at all. i litterally had to put the headset 2cm way from my mouth for them to hear me decently. obviously the headset was usless at this point. i thought the headset was bad. so i went out and purchased ($99) Motorola H700. i loved this thing because of the size. anyways this was just a trial. i synced it up and gave it a whirl. this time the people can hear me clearly, but i was getting the same problem with the voice coming over very loud and distorted. i wish i had an equalizer for the hearing part, it can make it better. again, it was like they were yelling and the bass was up high. but it was a little better than the HS850. again, obviously it didnt work so i returned it and got he plantronic 655. this thing was very slick. i like it alot. it was expensive but it fit well. but, unfortunetly it didnt work. i was coming across very clearly to the other people, but i still couldnt hear them. the result was exactly the same. i paired up these headsets on my dads razor and it works flawlessly. Whats wrong here? when i use the phone itself, everything is fine. no distortion or anything. and if i didnt mention this, these "symptoms" are the same when i use a standard headset (wired). its either i cant hear them or they cant hear me or both. whast the deal here. i mean i did get this thing for 165 used but i mean its in amazing condition and its not refurbished. everything works fine for it except the bluetooth and headset issue. i hate to refund it. anything i can do. please help me! sorry for the long post... help!!!

I have the Motorola H700 and I don't really have any problems with it. Every now and then people do say that I sound staticy.

The only problem I have with it is that the bluetooth continuously turns its self on and off. So unless I have my earpiece on I never know which way to answer my phone.

Thanks for the pic appreciation. In my experience with BT headsets it's really hit or miss with all of them. You can also look at the Plantronics lines. I have had pretty good success with them as well.
