I was trying to install the update from Verizon to my palm 700w. It kept losing the connection so I finally unplugged and tried again. Now my phone is stuck on the Treo page and will not respond to a hard reset or a soft reset. I tried to go to Verizon but the line was about 1 1/2 hours long. Any ideas on what to do?
In my experience, Verizon does not touch smartphones. They direct you to DTS without even hearing the problem. I would call customer service and request someone in Data Services. Hope this helps, Jessica.
