Default Treo Sync after reformatting

I reformatted my hard drive forgetting to back up all of my outlook data. However, all of my outlook stuff (calendar, contacts, tasks, etc.) is still on my Treo. When I hook up my Treo to sync with my computer for the first time, will it delete everything off of my Treo or will it move everything from my Treo to my Outlook on my computer?

Default

I havent reformatted the hard drive but I had to reinstall Active Sync before and it usually gave a message upon syncing there was data on the device (700wx) that was different than what was on the computer, would you like to combine the two or not do anything? My answer would be yes, combine the two BUT BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, find someway to back up the data that is on your phone, possibly to an SD card using sprite back up or something similar.

If you used the microsoft command or DOS command to format the drive, there is a way to recover the information because it is not actually gone, but that would cost alot of money. Depends on how important the data was.
