 |  Treo Sync Error Every time I try to Sync my Treo 700wx to my computer, I get the following error. I have tried over and over, but it keeps happening. Does anyone know why I'm getting this error and how to fix it? Please help.

| Did you solve your problem? I think my problem is worse. when i connect, my phone loads up and gets ready as if its going to sync with my computer. but the error that pops up says something like "You must have activesync version 4.1 or higher to sync this phone" Doesn't exactly say that but i remember it said something like that. Anywho...that error is absurd because I've got activesync version 4.5! However my brother in law connected his sprint htc mogul into my laptop and he synced up fine. Could it be because i played with the USB switch--->under programs>USB Switch ? could that be the problem? |
