Trusted Certificate Error's

After I install 3rd party games and apps that I have downloaded from the net, when I run them I get this error
“The file ‘blahblah’ cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file.”
When I install the app or games it works fine, I only get this error after I copy over the cracked .exe file to register it. When I had my old Smartphone running WM5 I just “decertified” it to remove the carrier protection and things like this worked.
Can you do this with the treo 700wx? Or how can I sign these apps so I can run them.
