"Upcoming" Calendar Events

I have set my Today Screen on my Treo 770w to list "upcoming calendar" events. In the not too distant past, I remember it showing me several upcoming events on several days. However, now (and even after updating the firmware to 1.22-VZW), it shows only events for the current day or if that event has passed, it will show only the next day which has an event, nothing beyond. So if I have a meeting this afternoon, three tomorrow and three the next day, it will only show today's event. Once that event has expired, the three tomorrow will be listed. Once they're done, then the next day.

Is that what "upcoming" means?? Any help is greatly appreciated.
