Is there a way to just sign up for a phone plan w/o a data plan on Verizon?

I know it sounds like a stupid question but I was noticing that all the plans that include rebates required a data plan. Thanks for answering my question.

If you want to keep the rebates the best way to do it is purchase the cheapest unlimited data plan, the next day call verizon and have them change you to just a voice plan with no data.
