Verizon Treo 700w Rom Update went bad

I was loading the Treo™ 700w/wx Updater 1.22 via ActiveSync 4.5 on USB and it got half way and quit.

I've tried soft and hard reboot and it sticks at the white Treo screen.

I've read where you can use an SD card and boot loader to load a new rom, but I can't find the files. If anyone can help me...please post.

make sure you use the trimmed version and not the full version. lots of bugs in the full version.
