Vibrating instead of ringing

Hello all,

Recently I have noticed that my phone is vibrating instead of ringing. When I go to the phone settings is says that it is set up to ring with my specified song but it is vibrating instead. I have also double checked to make sure that the swtich at the top is not on mute. Still no luck. Any ideas, or anyone else having this problem?

Make sure the volume is turned up as well. Hit the volume up button on the side and make sure both sliders are up.
