I just got a used 700w, I bought an SD card and put on a digital copy of Dark Knight the card (which I got legally online through Warner Bros when I bought the dvd)

I played it in Windows Media on the 700w and it lags...bad

scenes skip, dialogue doesnt match lips, its ugly folks

anyone know why? and how can I fix this problem? if my 50 dollar mp3 player can play movies perfectly, Im sure the Treo 700w should as well.
